Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to ship my part?
On average it's less than a week inside the US.  For international shipping we've seen up to 3 weeks before you product arrives.  We do our best to box and ship your order within 48 hours and a USPS tracking number will be emailed to you at that time.

Are the 3D printed parts we make sand able and paintable?
Yes, all of our parts can be sanded and painted.  I have heard that a nice light filler primer works well to fill in the scratches and lines after sanding.

Do you sell your STL files?
We do not sell our STL files.  We will occasionally have some available as free use though.
