How long does it take to ship my part?
For international shipping we've seen shipping take up to 3 weeks before your product arrives.  We do our best to box and ship your order within 48 hours and a USPS tracking number will be emailed to you at that time.

Are the 3D printed parts we make sandable and paintable?
Yes, all of our parts can be sanded and painted.  I have heard that a nice light filler primer works well to fill in the scratches and lines after sanding.  We have also had our parts wrapped in carbon fiber and hydro dipped.  These are not services we offer.

Do you sell your STL files?
We do not sell or give out our STL files.  We will occasionally have some available as free use though.

International Shipping Charges:
International shipping charges won't be returned on items that weren't deliverable and returned.  The only time we'll refund international shipping charges is for an error on our part.
